RENTAL RATES

Rates are based on occupancy

Add Hawaii state tax (11.42%) and cleaning fee ($150 or $195).

Stays longer than 7 nights are pro-rated at the weekly rate.

If your group includes 4 people or less you can rent just the upstairs. This gives you the lower rate and cleaning fee. The first floor suite (3rd bedroom and bath) will never be rented to another party. See the floor plan.

RENTAL POLICIES 

DEPOSIT: A refundable $250 security deposit is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be returned to you within three weeks of your departure, less any extraordinary cleaning or any damages that exceed normal wear. 

PAYMENT:  Full rental amount is due within 60 days prior to your arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, and personal or business checks.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing by fax or e-mail at least 60 days prior to your planned arrival at Nanea Kai. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation notification of less than 60 days may result in forfeiture of the rent unless we are able to rent the unit to another party for the period affected by the cancellation. 

OCCUPANCY: Limited to number of confirmed guests. Receptions and large parties are prohibited without prior approval. 

KEYS AND DIRECTIONS: The key is located in the lockbox just left of the front door. Prior to your arrival the combination to the lockbox, written directions, and a map to Nanea Kai will be mailed to you along with your confirmation letter. 

CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 P.M. or later.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M. or earlier.

SMOKING: No smoking in the house please.
